Male A Cappella...It's Been So Long

Saw the above Swedish, all-male A Cappella group (Vocal Six, don't ya know) last night at Xin Wutai in the Shi Zhengfu (City Government) district. AMAZING! I also went with a bunch of people from my chorus and so, of course, it was even more amazing to watch the show with surrounded by music dorks who were passing notes the entire time and freaking out because the main bass in the group could sing so low. The most hilarious part of the evening, however, was when a Taiwanese college A Cappella group acted as "guest entertainers" for the Swedish hotties and all of my friends became completely reserved and unwilling to clap. COMPETITION!!! I love it. But that group wasn't very good anyway, so I don't blame them.

Also, my friend Xiao Yu (aka former stalker and biggest player ever) is considering whether or not she should break up with one of her two girlfriends (both of whom are in the US right now). This is huge news because she doesn't seem to understand that because the two girlfriends know about each other it might be making them slightly unhappy. Acting as advice guru in this situation (hahahahaha, WHAT?) I am trying very, very hard to make her chose one. What will happen? Who will win the day? Only time and bubble tea can tell!
