So many things...
I can't even remember and I only have five minutes until the bell rings (how quaint), so I am going to make a list of relevant happenings:
Two Thursdays Ago: Went to Jiaoxi to go hot springing and motorcycling around the Yilan area. Very, very nice hotel room. Check Plus.
Two Fridays Ago: Saw the Yumen Dance Company perform. They are very big in Taiwan and, apparently, everywhere. If they come to a town near you I would recommend buying a whole boatload of tickets.
Two Saturdays Ago: Had my first chance to see a performance at the Dream Community puppet theater. Took about 9 people to see it again last Saturday. It was about an anti-sex conspiracy and foreskins. Probably a cross between an acid trip and AMAZING.
Last Week (Monday and Wednesday): Had grad school interviews for history and social work (the Chinese Lit. department has decided they have too many applicants to hold interviews this year, whatever, bitches). History was fantastic=I totally kicked it's ass. However, because I did not know about the social work one before it happened and was literally hauled out of class to go do it...it was...less hot. Oh well.
I recently found a gym with a punching bag and am now teaching the fantabulous Andrew Roth (who does have a blog out there, but don't tell him I told you) how to box. It is very fun and confuses all of the buff men in the gym (I think they probably assume we have some weird S&M relationship going on).
There is more, but the bell just rang. Until next time, my darlings!
